Coveypets.com is operated by Pawfect Pawtions LLC under the Covey brand. These terms apply to purchases made directly through this site. Our shipping, return and refund, subscription cancellation, privacy, and product disclosure policies explain the related details and form part of these terms. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before payment. Availability and prices may change for future purchases. If an item is unavailable or a material listing or pricing error affects an order, we will contact you to agree on a correction or cancel and refund the affected unshipped item; we will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.

Delivery, cancellations, and refunds

Review the shipping policy before ordering frozen products. Check your address and arrange prompt receipt and appropriate storage. Contact us immediately about order changes, damaged goods, missing items, or safety concerns. Our return and refund policy explains how we resolve these issues and does not exclude rights provided by law. When a promised dispatch timeframe cannot be met, we will offer an updated timeframe with your agreement or cancellation and a refund for unshipped goods.

Recurring purchases

Subscriptions require your selection and authorization at checkout; ordinary one-time orders do not renew. Review the product, price, frequency, shipping, and cancellation terms before subscribing. Manage future deliveries through your subscription link or contact us for help.

Product information and use

Follow each product’s label, species designation, nutritional adequacy statement, feeding instructions, and storage directions. Natural ingredients can vary in appearance. General ingredient benefits do not establish complete-and-balanced nutrition or disease-treatment effects. Our legal notice contains feeding and raw-food safety disclosures. Nothing here waives responsibility for unsafe, defective, or misdescribed goods.

Privacy and website use

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is processed. Do not submit payment-card details by email, misuse another person’s account, interfere with the site, or use it unlawfully. Covey content and brand artwork may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and are governed by those services’ own terms.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to earlier purchases. Material changes to existing subscriptions will be communicated before they take effect. Contact us to resolve a question or concern.
