Cancellation policy

Subscriptions are optional

Select a subscription only if you want recurring deliveries. A one-time purchase does not enroll you. The product, quantity, price, delivery frequency, and any discount are shown when you select a plan and at checkout. Selecting and authorizing a subscription permits recurring charges to your chosen payment method until canceled.

Charges and delivery

Monthly plans renew each month according to the schedule in your subscription confirmation and customer portal. Shipping is charged for each delivery, and applicable taxes are additional. The frozen shipping rate is $25 per delivery and the frozen order minimum is 10 lb. The current 30 lb raw quail monthly plan has no additional subscription discount. A delivery frequency does not establish a nutritionally complete diet or the correct monthly amount for every pet.

Pause, skip, change, or cancel

Use the Manage your subscription link in your subscription confirmation email or your customer subscription portal. You can cancel future renewals without a cancellation fee or minimum number of deliveries. Submit a pause, skip, or cancellation before the next scheduled charge is processed. You can also email info@pawfectpawtions.com for help. If portal access is not working, contact us promptly with your order number; do not send payment-card details.

Canceling stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order already charged or being fulfilled. Contact us immediately about that order; our return and refund policy applies, together with your statutory rights.

Changes, availability, and payments

We will notify you before a subscription price, shipping charge, or other material term changes and explain your options before it takes effect. Products remain subject to availability. We will contact you about an unavailable item rather than substitute a different recipe without your agreement. A failed payment may delay a delivery; follow the secure payment-update instructions in your subscription notice.
